Delivery

We keep things simple and reliable. All orders are sent via Royal Mail for a flat rate of £4.95. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Our team prepares and ships orders as quickly as possible, and most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days.

Returns

Your happiness comes first. If something isn’t quite right when your order arrives, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the quick and easy returns process.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly back to your original payment method.
